The F45 3 Peat workout is a hybrid style 45 minute routine that revolves around achieving target repetition goals on each station and during three rounds based on a score sheet that gets handed to you at the start of it 3 Peat stands out as one of the few F45 workouts where counting reps becomes crucial This 45 minute challenge is designed to test your power agility and cardiovascular endurance through a diverse mix of functional movements
You will get a score sheet and a pen at the beginning of the session and there are a set of targets set for each station for example 50 bench hops or 190m on the rower in either 40 or 45 seconds If you make the target you get a point There are 10 stations and you go around 3 times in total so the max points you can achieve is 30 This is a series of videos where I ll share my workouts to provide inspiration and an inside look at F45 As a former member and current coach at this gym I
