Re My BT login Yes I ve had same issue on some occasions If you click on My BT top right of website page and get that login screen Did you enter your full email address and then click on Next It looks like Next is still a purple colour same as background of screen which usually means it has not been clicked BT Email app This board is the place to post your questions about the BT Email app
Re Email access Yes I am using the BT email address and password I have also tried signing in first via my BTid but whichever I try it keeps sending me round in circles Re Managing BT Email now migrated to EE Cheers I have taken a look at the link and it doesn t show how I can manage my email When I logon to my BT Account through MY BT I have no option to click manage my email anywhere
