I know some people made very complex and detailed excel sheets but that felt overwhelming to me Here is what I did First I would evaluate if I missed flagged the question due to content gap or technique gap If it was a content gap I just studied the material at that time and made a flashcard for the topic no excel or table of any sorts The two biggest changes are the addition of the new AAMC FLs in the form and the requirement that you specify when you took your practice exams You can find links to the score entry form and the spreadsheet of responses here
