Planned End Date To create a report and related chart in ServiceNow PPM that compares planned end dates with actual end dates follow these steps Navigate to Reports Create New Select the Bar chart type or another chart type that fits your preference

The Planned Start and End dates are your change window It the period of time for which the Change has to be completed in It s the planned time Actual Start and End times are the times the assignee actually started and finished working on the change Ideally you want the assignee to complete the Change within the planned start and end times If your service is optimal Planned End date is sooner than your Due date if not it may be because there is some temporary overload of the teams or if it s recurring you either need to have more people or renegociate the SLA
