Lol does anyone still care about game review sides Edit Ok thank you this is comedy Gold Historical accuracy and the sheer number of units and scale of the map notwithstanding Steel Division 2 s offensive gets bogged down due to its cluttered UI confusing layout and repetitive battles Can t please everyone While many of the game mechanics in SD 2 where changed from SD 44 due to player feedback and requests i e changing the strict limitations of Phase deployment moving to strategic points from total map control it looks like the PC gamer author liked the way things were in the previous game and is grumpy at the changes made in SD 2
I am a longtime Wargame fan with thousands of hours playing that series I got Steel Division 1 but it never really excited me that much I can no longer afford to be putting in all the time in multiplayer like I did for Wargame So I ask for someone who really only wants it for single player how is this game What I have seen of the campaign looks very intriguing but Also i preordered this game and played the first steel division aswell as some wargames I totaled more than 2k hours and have like 600 in here My fav game series before this one was total war too I recommend buying this game on sale too and for army general the history pass and the other campaign containing DLCs are also worth a look then
