I am currently using Windows 11 but I assume it s the same steps for Windows 10 I ve searched everywhere and there is not a single tutorial that shows how to succesfully install OpenSSL on Window I m using the OpenSSL command line tool to generate a self signed certificate It seems to be working correctly except for two issues I can t get it to create a cer with a Subject Alternative Name
