Is Chewing Wax Bad For Your Teeth Can t decide whether it is worth signing up to a new Octopus 16 month fixed rate or not I like their no exit fees policy and I m also not averse to getting smart meters at some point too to access their other products
Had an email from Octopus today about their new 15m fixed rate tariff which they claim works out cheaper than the new Oct 1st flexible cap Any thoughts Just for reassurance to Octopus customers getting warnings from their Bank and hopefully reducing traffic to Octopus helpdesk I was informed by my bank today of new Direct Debit being set up to GC re Octopus Energy Limited

We have been with Octopus for years and have never been in arrears or missed any payments We pay 160 each month for our Electric Octopus which tariff is better javixeneize Posts 188 Forumite 28 March 2024 at 12 37AM Hi i was in a flexible tariff with octopus and in February I moved to the loyal octopus 12m fixed Unless I have made a crazy mistake those prices are better than the new ones in the flexible tariff after 1st April so I think this was a wise movement
As the title says I need a way of complaining officially to Octopus Ideally an email Hi I am on a Octopus fixed rate with exit fees that ends on August 10th As bills have come down below my fixed rate prices in April to June and are predicted to fall further in July to September i want to get out early

We had a SMETS1 electric meter and a dumb gas meter changed by Octopus on 3rd February this year Prior to the change we got consistent readings from the electric meter on the Octopus app and Octopus themselves were lifting electric consumtion readings reliably I was moved to octopus from avro Anyway like many others having to be careful with my gas electricity usage and wondered if I should get a smart meter fitted
