Naked Wines I used a 40 00 voucher I received via Amazon or something and duly ordered my Case of wine I did this all online and was asked to set up a 20 00 per month standing order it was explained up front that this would happen and the money would be used to help small wine makers start producing In the small print words to the effect use the voucher and we will enter you into our Naked Angel savings club of 20 per month This will be deducted from your card Just checked my credit card and low and behold 20 deducted yesterday Planning my response to Naked Wines as this is very misleading and improper

Naked Wines used to be a very customer service focused company but my recent experience of them is that they are turning into another treat my customers with disrespect I placed an order in Dec and the oreder turned up with a bottle missing they offered a refund of the bottle no apology and proceeded to credit the wrong account Whilst there are a lot customers who are very happy with naked wines and I can see why its a good deal if you want to spend 20 a month on wine a quick search on google does reveal that there are a lot of people frustrated and upset by the 20 monthly fee it is not something that can be made fun of or someone crying wolf its fair comment and I think this is
