I think you should view GPA more in terms of being good enough i e for whatever you intend to do afterwards rather than good It s all relative One thing worth pointing out is that a 3 2 average at U of T is equivalent to slightly below a B Honestly do your job for a few years do well and get some good references and then see about writing the GMAT for your MBA It ll do better for you then the CPA designation will especially if you re not strong at accounting like your GPA suggests At least a good GMAT score will help cancel out your GPA weakness
